My 2nd observer (who had file transfer issues last night) reported that files transfered fine tonight using an older version of TUI (1.8.6) on his XP machine. PR submitted I pushed the humidity closure limit this mornign. The humidity sensor went nuts around 02:45 reading 580% humidity!!! I take it was recalibrating itself or else the site was submerged under very wet water. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:43 APOLLO 550( 1145) 40 61 9.9 11.6 11.1 12.0 10.5 -- 1.50 20:00 dis-slit 273( 85) 177 78 9.9 10.1 10.2 10.0 9.4 -- 0.89 01:11 ECHELLE 323( -933) -131 41 9.2 9.1 9.6 9.2 8.9 ND2 1.14 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 51 38 24 226 (SW) 611 mstly cldy none 17:00 54 37 20 207 (SSW) 578 mstly cldy none 18:00 52 37 11 212 (SSW) 492 mstly cldy none 19:00 50 34 16 239 (WSW) 479 ptly cldy none 20:00 50 34 18 235 (SW) 489 ptly cldy none 21:00 51 35 17 226 (SW) 535 ptly cldy none 22:00 50 34 17 237 (WSW) 569 ptly cldy none 23:00 50 34 19 219 (SW) 625 mstly clr none 00:00 50 34 19 244 (WSW) 559 clear none 01:00 49 34 19 242 (WSW) 567 clear none 02:00 48 34 15 240 (WSW) 683 clear none 03:00 47 36 15 257 (WSW) 656 clear none 04:00 46 39 15 202 (SSW) 822 clear none 05:00 45 38 18 210 (SSW) 672 clear none 06:00 46 36 24 209 (SSW) 617 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
