I managed to forget to take the dust cover off the front of SPIcam. My observer noted their flats looked like biases and it took me a couple minutes to realize the problem. We lost about 10-15 mins of twilight while I figured out what was wrong and fixed my mistake. Spicam then gave me an error I hadn't seen before, as my observer started their flats again. It was working beforehand, then I went to investigate a problem (not related to the electronics) and when I came back down the next exposures started to fail. The instrument was removed and remounted from the telescope when I was investigating the other problem, but not excessively handled. A spicam init fixed the problem (I issued an init earlier in the evening as well). The problem never came back but the TUI log is below. No PR issued since the problem did not repeat itself. 01:13:00 UV03.Ming_Sun.spicamExpose 343 spicam w text="CCD READOUT FAILED -- timed out after 57.30 seconds.
