TSPEC: Tcam files are all zeros. PR #1229 No error messages, yet every tcam file is zero. NA2 was clearly seeing stars, so nothing was restricting the light path. I could change Fowler samples and slit position fine. Tried restarting the nubs (many times), tcamera initalize, array power="on", but nothing made a difference... and time ran out needed to switch programs. Later I tried to reset the Leech controller, but I could not seem to bring things back. Echelle: Cal mirror not moving. PR #1228 When trying to switch between Sky and Lamps on the Echelle GUI I get the following error: 00:40:18 APO.gabrelle 54 echelle f text="exceptions.RuntimeError: [Calibration Mirror Move Error! :: No OptiStep Error]" Tried rebooting Slitty, check the ICC is running (it was), restarting nubs. Everything seems to be fine UNLESS you try to switch between Sky and Lamps... I was not successful in taking cals or data since the mirror seems to not be moving, or at least the software does not believe it is. Agile: Spontaneous abort, not coming back. PR #1128 Tonight I rebooted nimble before taking some test darks, that all worked. Then when Anjum logged in to do cals, it spontaneously aborted. I tried to restart nubs and it would abort again on the first test exposure. Rebooted. Over and over. Rebooted again (3rd time). Finally it "stabilized" and we took data for the rest of the night without an abort. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- NM05 T I/S 18:00 18:46 Tcam files all zeros NM05 E I/H 18:00 18:46 Echelle cal mirror not moving UW03 P I/S 18:50 19:50 Agile aborting ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:15 AGILE -1625(-2623) 124 43 1.1 2.5 1.9 1.0 1.6 BG40 1.48 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 39 -4 3 221 (SW) 432 clear none 17:00 36 3 5 341 (NNW) 805 clear none 18:00 35 0 8 359 (N) 758 clear none 19:00 34 -9 7 352 (N) 287 clear none 20:00 36 -8 3 351 (N) 192 clear none 21:00 36 -8 7 314 (NW) 225 clear none 22:00 35 -8 3 264 (W) 302 clear none 23:00 33 -5 2 240 (WSW) 293 clear none 00:00 33 -10 8 272 (W) 260 clear none 01:00 33 -10 5 240 (WSW) 279 clear none 02:00 31 -6 8 297 (WNW) 370 clear none 03:00 32 -4 11 278 (W) 399 clear none 04:00 32 -3 14 291 (WNW) 481 clear none 05:00 30 0 6 259 (W) 547 ptly cldy none 06:00 31 -1 10 275 (W) 504 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
