The clouds remained thin for most of first half, but thickened toward midnight so that the observer handed the telescope over a little early to the second half observers. They also struggled with clouds, but their targets were slightly brighter so most of the time we were taking data. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:43 dis-slit 166( -595) 33 66 0.6 0.8 0.8 0.1 0.4 - 0.90 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 33 11 2 236 (SW) 1730 mstly clr none 17:00 32 13 3 258 (WSW) 1517 mstly clr none 18:00 34 -11 4 275 (W) 167 mstly clr none 19:00 29 9 4 348 (NNW) 440 ptly cldy none 20:00 32 -12 4 243 (WSW) 122 ptly cldy none 21:00 34 -11 3 190 (S) 122 ptly cldy none 22:00 32 -12 6 198 (SSW) 207 ptly cldy none 23:00 27 1 4 186 (S) 310 ptly cldy none 00:00 28 6 6 181 (S) 466 ptly cldy none 01:00 28 11 7 182 (S) 548 ptly cldy none 02:00 28 9 4 186 (S) 435 ptly cldy none 03:00 32 9 10 182 (S) 346 ptly cldy none 04:00 32 9 9 187 (S) 322 ptly cldy none 05:00 32 9 7 198 (SSW) 215 ptly cldy none 06:00 32 8 8 193 (SSW) 339 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
