The instruments all behaved well. The telescope had various tracking irregularities, mostly in azimuth, which I detailed in a separate message. Some of these caused no problems and we even got some very nice images while the azimuth was struggling. Sometimes the azimuth elongation caused me to think the focus needed to move down, but each time I did an actual focus sweep I found that I had moved too far down. One case of axis ringing in combination with a hiccup in my TUI caused me some alarm and puzzlement at the time of the instrument change and delayed the second half observer from getting on the sky. APOLLO had some beam alignment problems, not caused by the tracking but possibly made harder to solve because of it.
