Observing Specialist:    J. Huehnerhoff
Some precipitation started around 19:30MT.  Humidity spike around 01:45MT
when the skies cleared, by 02:30MT the humidity was stable and low enough
to open.  Clouds returned an hour later followed by an increase in
humidity that lasted the remainder of the night.
