It was off by 0.230 deg. which is about normal for the rotator in a months time. Started the night with a drop in program for a TOO SN, since they were clouded out on last Fridays drop in time. After they finished with TSPEC we continued on with engineering. We gave them some extra time since we needed the telescope well cooled for collimation and the seeing was a little unstable at the start of the night. Russet and I did a collimation check next. It was off moderately but not as bad as Russet thought it might have been. Next on to the pointing model. We had a few bad magna-sensor error too large to correct, which corrupted the first 8 stars of the model. We removed them and implemented the new model. I checked/adjusted the Echelle pointing next. I then did DIS throughput for the stars that were visible in the sky. Note that I did PG1708+602 twice. The catalog didn't have the rotation in it and I didn't notice until I had taken both images. PG1708_90rot are the correctly rotated images. We started with photometric skies but by the last stars very thin cirrus was starting to show on the differential IR cloud cam images.
