Huehnerhoff Snow during the mid afternoon but none that stuck. Checked roof before opening and it was clear. At sunset nasty clouds started appearing from the east. After about an hour the clouds had either all passed or were to our east and moving south. After clouds passed the rest of the night was photometric but with poor seeing. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:34 dis-slit 30( -364) 288 45 -3.1 -0.4 -1.6 -1.1 -1.5 clear 1.98 22:25 dis-slit 129( -410) 189 64 -3.3 -2.9 -2.8 -3.6 -3.2 clear 1.62 01:17 ECHELLE -6(-1273) 164 62 -3.0 -3.4 -3.0 -3.5 -3.1 clear 1.98 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 31 16 9 340 (NNW) 538 mstly cldy none 17:00 32 13 1 242 (WSW) 497 mstly cldy none 18:00 32 12 17 331 (NNW) 454 mstly cldy none 19:00 30 11 6 11 (N) 516 mstly cldy none 20:00 28 15 11 63 (ENE) 508 mstly clr none 21:00 26 16 16 77 (ENE) 567 clear none 22:00 27 12 13 56 (NE) 546 clear none 23:00 26 17 20 66 (ENE) 542 clear none 00:00 26 17 17 74 (ENE) 586 clear none 01:00 27 15 18 63 (ENE) 696 clear none 02:00 28 10 16 30 (NNE) 863 clear none 03:00 28 9 11 7 (N) 851 clear none 04:00 27 9 6 11 (N) 786 clear none 05:00 27 11 2 335 (NNW) 851 clear none 06:00 27 11 1 346 (NNW) 958 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
