Huehnerhoff Photometric night with seeing stabilizing to around an arcsecond after twilight. Towards the end of the second half seeing was horrible, it ranged anywhere between 1.5" and 2.5". The wind also started to gust above 30mph around 04:00 MT. I checked dome at this time for any snow blowing into dome, it was all clear. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:20 dis-slit 160( -145) 152 66 -0.3 1.8 0.9 0.5 0.5 clear 1.62 00:15 dis-slit 231( -235) 79 48 -1.7 -1.7 -1.5 -2.3 -2.0 clear 1.18 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 35 14 3 282 (WNW) 462 clear none 17:00 34 14 8 279 (W) 540 clear none 18:00 32 14 7 10 (N) 616 clear none 19:00 32 12 1 38 (NE) 596 clear none 20:00 32 12 8 346 (NNW) 667 clear none 21:00 31 14 6 329 (NNW) 550 clear none 22:00 30 14 17 324 (NW) 565 clear none 23:00 30 15 13 315 (NW) 560 clear none 00:00 29 15 12 346 (NNW) 486 clear none 01:00 29 15 4 69 (ENE) 606 clear none 02:00 27 14 5 90 (E) 673 clear none 03:00 27 15 5 348 (NNW) 545 clear none 04:00 27 15 8 347 (NNW) 549 clear none 05:00 26 13 22 18 (NNE) 427 clear none 06:00 27 12 16 24 (NNE) 486 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
