 Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
 We were able to observe the first half but by the start of the 2nd the humidity was over the
closure limit.
A little before 02:00 the humidity dropped, I waited to see if it was stable and was on the verge
of opening when it suddenly shot up 30% and sent us over the closure limits again.
Humidity dropped again around 02:35 and I waited another 20+ mins to be sure again.  We remained
open the remainder of the night.
