Observing Specialist:    J.Dembicky
Humidity and clouds, which prevented us from opening, to start off the night.  Skies stated to
clear around 1:30 but humidity was still too high, then the winds started around 02:00.
My observer gave up at 05:15 as the wind and humidity kept bouncing over the limits.
We had snow condensating out of clear sky with 89% humidity at 05:20 as seen on the cloudcam.
