Discovered secondary commanded and actual position were not agreeing. Called Bill. Tried to home the secondary, several times. Always getting: ??GORLIM one or more axes did not hit reverse limit: 1, 1, 1, 0, 0. Russet suggested changing MOFF back to "winter" settings. It was particularly cold first half (-8 C) and then warmed up (-4 C) during second half. Luckily Joe was here and confirmed that the actuators were not physically moving during a home. Called Nick. Ultimately, we found a sticky limit switch on B. Lost 2:40 to this. 04:30 ecam seemed to be locked up. Restarting nubs did nothing. Getting the following error when trying exposures: 11:31:46 NM01.adam.ecam 43539 ecamera f text="unexpected response (not 3 lines): ['doread 5.00 1 1 255.50 255.50 511.00 511.00', ' OK']" Could not connect via Timbuktu, but ping was successful. Flipped power switch on intermediate level. Wasn't coming back so also rebooted terminal server. After rebooting Slitty screen had loading error. Dismissed the error and restarted Glm Ctrl 4.1b program. Restarted nubs and ecam came back. Lost 38 mins to this. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CU05,DD01 T T/H 22:40 01:20 Sticky limit switch NM01 E I/S 04:30 05:08 ecam not responding ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 21 4 19 339 (NNW) 330 ptly cldy none 17:00 20 0 14 353 (N) 260 ptly cldy none 18:00 18 1 23 360 (N) 191 ptly cldy none 19:00 18 -13 21 18 (NNE) 177 clear none 20:00 18 -13 9 355 (N) 113 clear none 21:00 17 -12 25 25 (NNE) 127 clear none 22:00 18 -17 8 52 (NE) 121 clear none 23:00 22 -21 24 26 (NNE) 132 clear none 00:00 20 -23 20 35 (NE) 119 clear none 01:00 24 -19 23 16 (NNE) 221 clear none 02:00 24 -19 19 8 (N) 134 clear none 03:00 24 -20 23 18 (NNE) 133 clear none 04:00 24 -19 16 40 (NE) 152 clear none 05:00 25 -19 7 18 (NNE) 130 clear none 06:00 29 -15 16 3 (N) 222 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
