I ran some 60s darks tests with various lighting and blocking configurations. Data can be found in /export/images/Q4APO/UT101119/agile_dark/ Initial tests show blocking mask in wheel looks very promising. My observer reported banding again in Echelle Biases. I PR'ed the problem. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:51 NICFPS 116( 1114) 28 55 4.7 8.9 6.1 6.2 8.6 Ks 1.20 18:18 NICFPS 103( 1066) 51 44 4.4 7.9 5.9 6.0 6.5 Ks 0.77 18:20 NA2gdr -4499(38500) 50 44 5.5 7.9 5.8 6.0 6.4 clear 1.30 19:29 NICFPS 17( 892) 28 53 5.9 6.4 5.9 5.1 5.8 Ks 0.56 19:30 NA2gdr -3210(39789) 27 54 5.8 6.3 5.9 5.1 5.8 clear 0.97 00:19 ECHELLE 103( -775) 69 64 2.1 2.4 2.7 1.9 2.3 ND3 0.85 02:36 ECHELLE 66( -834) 132 52 1.8 1.8 2.0 0.8 1.6 clear 1.50 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 46 3 9 219 (SW) 259 clear none 17:00 43 0 7 184 (S) 75 clear none 18:00 43 -1 9 233 (SW) 149 clear none 19:00 43 0 8 230 (SW) 55 clear none 20:00 40 0 8 215 (SW) 366 clear none 21:00 38 5 11 183 (S) 387 clear none 22:00 37 14 5 182 (S) 973 clear none 23:00 37 16 16 202 (SSW) 1095 clear none 00:00 37 16 13 193 (SSW) 1218 clear none 01:00 37 17 11 186 (S) 1250 clear none 02:00 34 16 8 196 (SSW) 1149 clear none 03:00 37 17 6 193 (SSW) 1185 clear none 04:00 37 15 8 228 (SW) 1157 clear none 05:00 37 15 7 271 (W) 1097 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
