 Observing Specialist:  R.McMillan
 We had high humidity all night, and the telescope wasn't warm enough
 to push the limit.  We almost attempted to take advantage of a drop
 in humidity at the start of morning twilight, but it turned out the
 change was due to low clouds that weren't visible on the satellite,
 so we had to give up.  I did some bookkeeping during the night.
