The sky continued to clear and was photometric by 20:30. APOLLO got good returns and did not have any problems tonight. Skies stayed photometric until around 0500 when some thin high clouds rolled in and stayed until morning, but did not prevent useful data from being obtained. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:39 TSPEC 161( 172) 132 53 1.2 2.0 1.7 1.7 1.5 1.00 23:13 APOLLO 100( 588) -90 62 2.2 1.7 2.2 1.5 2.0 1.10 00:20 TSPEC 163( 177) -37 47 2.4 1.9 2.2 1.6 1.9 1.10 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 34 14 8 222 (SW) 107 cloudy none 17:00 34 17 12 221 (SW) 123 cloudy none 18:00 34 12 11 257 (WSW) 93 cloudy none 19:00 35 11 7 266 (W) 70 mstly cldy none 20:00 34 9 5 262 (W) 90 mstly clr none 21:00 34 10 11 267 (W) 92 clear none 22:00 35 18 7 288 (WNW) 63 clear none 23:00 36 17 11 290 (WNW) 65 clear none 00:00 36 18 12 300 (WNW) 81 clear none 01:00 36 18 10 283 (WNW) 86 clear none 02:00 36 18 9 270 (W) 71 clear none 03:00 37 18 8 259 (W) 61 clear none 04:00 36 14 9 267 (W) 76 mstly clr none 05:00 37 12 8 271 (W) 74 ptly cldy none 06:00 36 15 8 311 (NW) 94 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
