We had a hurricane remnant to our south and very unstable weather all around us all night. I did in dome engineering tests all night. Bill and I did some Agile scattered light tests. Still some work to be done onthe correct placement of the baffle (current location caused vignetting on the chip, once we got rid of the stary light as seen using the pinhole). I also took a lot of DIS linearity tests to fill the remainder of the night. ------------- FAILURE LOG -------------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (STEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:00 57 43 8 90 (E) 1676 mstly cldy none 20:00 57 42 14 81 (E) 2145 mstly cldy none 21:00 56 41 15 74 (ENE) 2247 mstly cldy none 22:00 56 43 15 78 (ENE) 2753 mstly cldy none 23:00 55 41 16 75 (ENE) 2512 mstly cldy none 00:00 56 40 8 75 (ENE) 2246 mstly cldy lt rain 01:00 57 38 7 318 (NW) 695 mstly cldy none 02:00 53 42 2 327 (NNW) 1599 ptly cldy none 03:00 53 42 2 348 (NNW) 1659 mstly cldy none 04:00 54 41 5 344 (NNW) 1311 mstly cldy none 05:00 53 42 8 14 (NNE) 1336 mstly cldy none 06:00 53 41 12 52 (NE) 1237 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
