Clear night but very poor seeing.
DIS Slitviewer changed switched guide stars on its own.  Added to existing
problem report 969.  DCAM also crashed UT 03:43 and 05:41, restarting Nubs
fixed problem.  This problem had been previously documented in PR 547, but
was appended with this new information.
At UT 08:57 the telescope stopped slewing.  The collision stop switch was
tripped.  The collision flags were not touching the telescope.  Resetting
the switch corrected the problem.
