Alt Vel scale measured -606.4 was -606.0  changed n/c
Az  Vel scale measured 581.6 was 581.0 changed n/c
Humidity kept us closed for the first 1.5 hrs of the night.
Russet and I worked on a new NA2 Guider instrument block.
We then did some tests on NA2 guiding (to makes sure no suprise gothca's were coming since we saw
one sign that looked flipped).  All was fine.
We then checked pointing at two different rotations (180deg apart).  Looked acceptable.
Then started Bill's tertiary mirror program.  Russet had me do some different pistion positions
than Bill suggested.  Emailed Bill results
Next I did Nick's Blind tracking tests (Files are in /export/images/Q1APO/UT090312)
Blind_Tracking_West (45x30sec exp, about 1hrs total time with readout overhead, there was a slight
delay in time at exp 31, I started with 30 exp instead of 45)
Blind_Tracking_South (45x30s exp, as above except this time I did the full 45 in 1 shot), went
thru reversal in alt.
Blind_Tracking_East (45x30sec exp)
Emailed Nick results.
Found that SPIcam focus script doesn't work under Latest TUI release 1.6a7 I believe.  TUI log
saved.  PR submitted.  Works under TUI 1.6a5.
