Observing Specialist:    J. Huehnerhoff
Clouds at start of night.  Observers target to faint to shoot through
anything but very light clouds.  With thick clouds overhead and
precipitation inbound, unable to open.  Clouds thinned enough to perform
safe science at time of opening.  Around 2MST the humidity spiked.
