Observing Specialist: J.Huehnerhoff
Wild night of weather.  Moderate cloud cover in the evening causing rain
turning to snow around 10 MDT.  Even after weather cleared accumulation on
roof and dewpoint difference prevented opening the dome.  Running the snow
program did not help due to lack of wind.
