 Observing Specialist: G.Saurage
PR 871: Enclosure window in TUI had "?" for Tert Rot position. Moves failed.
Tertiary visually seemed to be left at TR2. Homing did not seem to help. Still
getting error "Begin not possible due to limit switch\" Currently tertiary is stuck
at or near TR2.
Outside dust counter is not reporting properly on the weather status page.
Very high winds, high humidity and local radar activity first half. Second half the
winds died down but humidity went up to 100% and radar activity continued to grow
around us.
