Observing Specialist: J. Dembicky
Closed tonight due to engineering (top end removed).  I monitored the
warming echelle CCD temps tonight per Marks request as well as doing a
manual fill at 02:30 (per Mark).
Russet also adjusted the temperature set point to have it warm juat above
0C at 01:30.  Temperatures seemed to have stabalized at around 1C.
