Dust continued to bounce around the limit the rest of night, but we stayed open with closed louvers and press fans. Mirror could probably use a cleaning now. While switching to Apollo the tertiary failed to complete the move. Axis E was homed and then it moved to BC1 ok. Also I saw this error pass in the log window a few times but did not see any effect: 10:44:24 .tcc.0 0 tcc F Modu="prt_Read"; Text="read timed out on port LTA10:" 10:44:24 .hub 0 cmds i CmdDone=111398 10:44:24 .hub 0 cmds i NewCmd=113029; CmdTime=1209379464.27; Cmdr=".tcc"; CmdrMID=0; CmdrCID=".tcc.0"; CmdActor="tcc"; CmdText="" 10:44:24 .tcc.0 0 tcc F Modu="prt_Init_Forth"; Text="initialization command init failed" 10:44:24 .hub 0 cmds i CmdDone=113029 10:44:24 .hub 0 cmds i NewCmd=113030; CmdTime=1209379464.29; Cmdr=".tcc"; CmdrMID=0; CmdrCID=".tcc.0"; CmdActor="tcc"; CmdText="" 10:44:24 .tcc.0 0 tcc W Modu="prt_ChangeDev"; Text="the guide camera TCC_GCAM2 will not be usable until you fix the problem" 10:44:24 .tcc.0 0 tcc W Modu="prt_ChangeDev"; Text="could not initialize new device: TCC_GCAM2" Apollo reports four reflectors, two cycles. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- DD01 A T/H 04:55 05:00 Tert failed move ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------- 19:32 dis-slit 253( 130) -52 59 3.0 5.5 5.2 4.2 3.5 1.61 21:20 dis-slit -24(-288) -78 39 0.5 2.1 1.7 0.4 0.6 1.94 23:00 SPICAM -24(-100) -81 67 1.8 1.5 1.4 0.7 1.7 0.89 03:10 ECHELLE 175(-885) 98 63 0.1 0.7 1.2 -0.3 0.3 2.00 04:12 APOLLO 275( 849) 34 30 1.3 0.4 1.1 -0.3 0.4 1.50 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 45 10 15 246 (WSW) 7175 clear dust 17:00 49 10 11 272 (W) 7166 clear dust 18:00 44 8 10 273 (W) 5396 clear dust 19:00 43 7 10 265 (W) 4502 clear dust 20:00 37 8 5 257 (WSW) 2891 clear dust 21:00 36 8 7 70 (ENE) 3335 clear dust 22:00 33 8 15 76 (ENE) 3058 clear dust 23:00 34 7 16 64 (ENE) 3386 clear dust 00:00 36 7 2 38 (NE) 4038 clear dust 01:00 36 7 6 3 (N) 3292 clear dust 02:00 36 9 2 295 (WNW) 3209 clear dust 03:00 34 6 0 297 (WNW) 3382 clear dust 04:00 34 8 6 262 (W) 3061 clear dust 05:00 34 6 5 1 (N) 3096 clear dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
