Dembicky When I slewed to my first focus star I got a stop switch on the rotator. I also had a RotDTime=-0.2 warning. Axis stop/init cleared the error. When I ran the DIS focus script I got Failed: 'ScriptClass' object has no attribute 'exposeModel'. I was running TUI 1.5a3. The problem was not present in TUI 1.5a2. I saw a couple instances where the DIS slitviewer reported the guidestar moved off the field, but the star never moved (TUI 1.5a2) 00:03 I did an offest for the observer (Object XY, Rel) in the +Y direction and it moved in the +X direction. Not sure what was going on. He only moved by ctrl+click on the slitview window to initially position the object. When I finally got things back where they should have moved to I started the guider (selected a nice star in the field). The guider started and then choose a blank location on the left edge (guide image 0243). Apparently it never took the star I gave it (even though it had a green cross in it when I hit guide). (TUI 1.5a2) When I tried to set the gmech focusOffset I got the following error (TUI 1.5a2): gmech f Exception=ValueError: Text="empty string for float()" I also saw the following warning 07:11:26 APOJack-Obs1-1 spicamExpose 37 spicam w text="trimming read buffer for odd number of pixels...". I hadn't seen that warning before. We had a minor dust spike around 02:00. Cts to around 4100 outside. I reversed the enclosure fans and closed the lovers. 02:06 closed due to dust. 03:16 re-opened for buisness. I kept the dome fans reversed due to still elevated dust counts outside. 03:29 Got an error on the spicam focus script Failed: unbound method formatExposeArgs() must be called with BaseFocusScript instance as first argument... It worked earlier but not now for some reason. I reloaded the script and it worked! I also noticed that it didn't appear the the bottom and mid level louvers were open, as seen when walking up the stairwell, when I went up into the dome earlier in the evening. APOLLO got 4 reflectors tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SAEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:07 DISSlit 157(269) 1 55 8.8 10.4 9.9 9.7 9.0 -- 1.13 01:10 SPIcam -20(94) 74 83 5.2 5.5 6.0 4.9 5.3 R 0.8 01:19 NA2gdr (-6831) 69 84 5.6 5.4 6.0 5.0 5.3 clear 0.9 03:25 SPIcam 52(149) 273 66 5.2 5.0 5.7 4.8 5.2 R 0.73 05:41 APOLLO 100(851) 280 51 4.9 4.8 5.4 4.6 4.8 -- 1.5 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 52 6 15 293 (WNW) 3110 Lt.
