We got about two inches of snow at the site. I ran the snow program for most of the night, but left the roof heaters off since temperatures were well below freezing. Around 07:32 UT, there was a power outage which lasted about 10s. Afterward, indicator lights showed that utility power had come back on, but the generator was running anyway. The enclosure needed to be reset, but everything else seemed fine. I re-started the snow program. In the morning, I left the telescope pointing south. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 33 25 29 242 (WSW) 4794 cloudy dust 17:00 33 25 29 238 (WSW) 4911 cloudy dust 18:00 31 25 43 223 (SW) 6548 cloudy humid 19:00 29 26 22 264 (W) 800 cloudy humid 20:00 26 26 21 254 (WSW) 947 cloudy lt snow 21:00 24 24 25 266 (W) 6 cloudy lt snow 22:00 21 21 21 262 (W) 50 cloudy lt snow 23:00 17 16 13 291 (WNW) 194 cloudy snow 00:00 17 14 13 268 (W) 204 cloudy snow 01:00 15 11 27 316 (NW) 278 cloudy snow 02:00 14 10 27 303 (WNW) 258 cloudy lt snow 03:00 11 8 9 303 (WNW) 247 cloudy lt snow 04:00 10 6 25 321 (NW) 443 cloudy humid 05:00 10 5 9 338 (NNW) 341 cloudy humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
