Clouds with some sucker holes during first half. We opened briefly but the clouds soon came back before we could get any science 1st half. Our internet connection to the outside world went out around 23:30 tonight. Weather was keeping us closed so we didn't put too high of a priority getting Fritz out of bed to fix it tonight. Apparently the internet was also down at Sunspot so this wasn't just an APO problem. Clouds, Wind, Humidity, and Light Snow kept us closed for the night. Gave up at 04:45 with lt. snow falling. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (STEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:54 dis-slit 31( -294) 6 56 0.7 1.3 1.2 0.9 0.8 -- 1.49 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 35 21 21 264 (W) 647 mst. cldy none 17:00 35 22 21 259 (W) 606 cldy none 18:00 35 20 19 261 (W) 548 cldy none 19:00 35 20 21 254 (WSW) 641 cldy none 20:00 35 19 17 266 (W) 598 cldy none 21:00 34 19 25 257 (WSW) 573 mst. cldy none 22:00 33 20 19 263 (W) 527 cldy none 23:00 34 19 21 254 (WSW) 508 cldy none 00:00 34 15 19 238 (WSW) 447 cldy none 01:00 34 15 18 227 (SW) 359 cldy none 02:00 34 17 22 251 (WSW) 269 cldy Lt.
