Clouds and local radar returns during first half. Luckily, Russell was able to do
some testing of the new Agile ICC while we were closed. It began raining just before
midnight. Rained off and on all second half with high humidity.
TSpec seemed to fill normally at checkout. Rotator had no problems during test slews
with AGILE. DIS blue ion pump reading high but not pegged in the morning.
