We obtained sky flats and focused in haste (enough that I forgot to log the focus), then got less than an hour's data in poor seeing conditions before the humidity got high enough to force a closure. We got some heavy rain and lightning, followed by persistent clouds. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ----------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 69 33 8 209 (SSW) 856 clear none 17:00 71 35 16 225 (SW) 871 clear none 18:00 66 35 8 210 (SSW) 842 clear none 19:00 64 43 3 239 (WSW) 1107 clear none 20:00 53 44 14 79 (E) 1158 clear none 21:00 49 45 17 83 (E) 1848 clear none 22:00 48 45 19 84 (E) 2592 clear none 23:00 49 44 14 117 (ESE) 2104 mstly cldy none 00:00 54 48 16 143 (SE) 2455 cloudy rain 01:00 47 47 31 145 (SE) 1111 cloudy lt rain 02:00 54 36 17 122 (ESE) 590 cloudy lt rain 03:00 58 33 14 198 (SSW) 340 mstly cldy lt rain 04:00 59 30 11 182 (S) 401 mstly cldy lt rain Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
