She was trying to center up parts of venus using the ctrl+click method, while guiding, and this might have been what was causing the lockup. I suggested she use the nudger widget instead and the lockup problem went away. Clouds closed us a little after 22:40, we finally re-opened aroung 03:50 and the seeing was excellent 0.52 arc sec in Ks. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:26 Echelle 209(-366) -96 36 13.0 14.7 -- -- 13.2 ND1 1.4 22:20 NICFPS 91(776) 61 67 12.8 12.8 -- -- 12.5 H 0.6 03:59 NICFPS 116(800) 243 68 12.7 11.9 -- -- 12.3 Ks 0.52 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions --------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 59 37 20 241 (WSW) 893 cldy Lt.
