Tested SPIcam-TUI interface: main inst guis and focus script seems to work (or would if we didn’t have clouds) but skyflat does not. NA2 guider lost communications. Power cycling would not restore it, so I thought rotator position may be a problem again. We were at ~-110, when this was happening. I moved the rotator by 50 degrees, et voila, connections came back. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------- 01:30 GFP 200(865) 43 30 16.1 16.5 16.2 16.6 16.1 R 1.0 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 67 40 14 283 (WNW) 602 ptly cldy none 17:00 68 39 16 276 (W) 675 ptly cldy none 18:00 69 40 13 265 (W) 600 ptly cldy none 19:00 67 35 10 261 (W) 700 ptly cldy none 20:00 63 33 12 235 (SW) 722 mstly clr none 21:00 64 30 13 192 (SSW) 775 ptly cldy none 22:00 64 27 12 234 (SW) 625 ptly cldy none 23:00 64 25 12 234 (SW) 657 ptly cldy none 00:00 63 24 12 235 (SW) 633 ptly cldy none 01:00 62 23 10 276 (W) 688 mstly clr none 02:00 60 24 7 284 (WNW) 663 clear none 03:00 57 25 8 347 (NNW) 618 clear none 04:00 60 23 8 10 (N) 550 clear none 05:00 59 23 16 5 (N) 542 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
