 The DIS Red side started warming tonight(1st e-mail
 warning at 06:45UTC).  I checed the intermediate level and the ion pump
 LEDs were about half way between max and the black tape, 1e-5 Torr
 (07:05UTC). Cryrotiger seemed to be running (I could feel vibration) for
 the red chip, although the Blue cryotiger seemed to be vibrating more.
 Continued to monitor temps (they were still on the rise as of 07:10UTC).
 Temps warmed to -65.4C at 07:56UTC, temps started dropping at 08:00UTC
 We lost power at 4AM (10:00UTC) and the generator kicked in after about a
 minute in the dark.  6 mins on sky lost to power outage/resetting things.
