Highly variable seeing 1.6” to 2.5” for most of 1st half. Seeing improved somewhat for 2nd half. Twice tonight while tracking TUI reported a “Motor 1 current limit” error. First time GFP was on and it was the Az drive, 2nd time DIS was on and it was the rotator. Second half observer had some networking issues, that seemed to be on his side. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CU01 G T/H 12:30 12:25 Az motor overcurrent JH04 D T/H 02:20 02:25 Rot motor overcurrent ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ----------------------------------------------------------------- 22:25 GFP 25(353) 200 46 8.1 9.2 8.5 9.2 8.1 O3 2.0 01:15 DISslit -59(36) 242 74 7.5 7.4 6.9 7.6 7.3 -- 1.6 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 53 44 7 134 (SE) 663 cloudy rain 17:00 49 40 10 145 (SE) 819 mstly cldy lt rain 18:00 50 40 9 82 (E) 574 mstly cldy humid 19:00 49 42 8 55 (NE) 627 mstly cldy none 20:00 48 41 12 87 (E) 576 mstly cldy none 21:00 48 39 16 64 (ENE) 636 mstly clr none 22:00 47 38 17 71 (ENE) 680 mstly clr none 23:00 46 37 16 76 (ENE) 627 mstly clr none 00:00 46 37 16 55 (NE) 594 mstly clr none 01:00 46 36 13 79 (E) 615 mstly clr none 02:00 47 36 12 58 (ENE) 666 mstly clr none 03:00 46 36 12 74 (ENE) 642 mstly clr none 04:00 46 35 9 72 (ENE) 627 mstly clr none 05:00 46 35 13 51 (NE) 610 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
