I stopped the guider and took a full frame image (first one messed up, next one fine). No further problems (including subframe mode). At 04:29 the echelle slitviewer refused to take images. I got a read timed out on port LTA10 in the TUI log window when I set the instrument to echelle. I restarted SLITTY (didn't fix the problem) then did a restart of ecamera and ecam (fixed the problem) ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:41 DISSlit 20(291) 72 77 11.5 13.3 12.2 12.5 11.8 -- 1.1 21:58 DISslit -176(49) -40 49 9.7 11.3 10.2 10.7 9.8 -- 1.1 22:51 DISslit -151(74) -28 48 10.0 10.5 9.9 10.6 9.9 -- 1.2 01:01 DISslit -85(92) -34 83 9.4 9.8 9.3 9.9 9.9 -- 1.1 04:37 Echelle -78(-617) -26 20 10.9 9.9 9.5 10.0 10.5 clear 1.3 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions --------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 52 38 12 76 (ENE) 324 cldy none 17:00 54 36 8 86 (E) 345 cldy none 18:00 56 35 15 56 (NE) 378 cldy none 19:00 53 32 14 52 (NE) 350 cldy lt. rain 20:00 52 32 2 92 (E) 378 pt. cldy none 21:00 51 33 5 90 (E) 517 pt. cldy none 22:00 49 33 12 79 (E) 389 pt. cldy none 23:00 49 36 11 75 (ENE) 480 clear none 00:00 49 33 7 0 (N) 511 clear none 01:00 49 33 7 6 (N) 501 clear none 02:00 48 34 7 23 (NNE) 467 clear none 03:00 51 31 12 52 (NE) 485 clear none 04:00 52 29 13 62 (ENE) 528 clear none 05:00 52 30 13 68 (ENE) 535 clear none 06:00 51 31 13 65 (ENE) 508 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
