Everything worked well; the DIS focus adjustment appears to have been successful. Echelle pointing was very good. APOLLO got returns despite high airmass, and also learned more about reasons for not getting returns on previous runs. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:42 DIS -92(0) 202 68 7.1 9.09 7.75 7.47 7.22 -- 1.0 18:08 DIS -163(-80) 206 67 6.8 8.65 7.38 7.30 6.91 -- 0.9 23:12 DIS -108(-76) 62 66 6.3 6.01 5.48 5.98 6.12 -- 1.0 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
