It did improve finally towards the end of the first half. Seeing was better 2nd half. No problems with the telescope. I couldn't access the weather data tonight (Weather-20070304). Last nights (Weather-20070303) was there but I couldn't read tonights with the ./wlf program. It was partly cloudy to mostly clear all night, with pesky cirrus clouds off and on. The web page with the nights temps/weather didn't work either. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:16 Echelle 42(-988) 4 75 -1.2 1.5 -0.2 -0.7 -0.5 ND1 1.1 19:34 Echelle -178() 171 62 -1.2 -0.7 -1.8 -1.8 -1.4 ND2 2.8 21:15 DISslit -100(-354) 22 65 -0.2 -1.0 -1.7 -1.5 -0.7 -- 1.9 00:08 APOLLO 50(708) 36 68 3.2 2.0 1.0 1.6 3.0 -- 2.0 01:38 NICFPS -12(358) -121 65 3.5 2.4 1.6 1.8 3.1 Ks 0.7 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
