1st half Observing Specialist: G.Saurage
Heavy fog and light snow at sunset. Continued fog and snow all first half.
2nd half Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Second half remained foggy, with some snow and graupel (total
accumulation at the site: around 2 inches).  I ran the snow program,
turned off the roof heaters when the outside temperature reached -2 C,
and checked out GFP and SH.
