 1st Half Observing Specialist: G.Saurage
 High humidity and complete overcast at sunset. Lightning and radar
activity all around Sacramento Mts. Humidity bounced around a few times,
but the sky never cleared enough to warrant opening. Heavy radar activity
continued around the county all 1st half.
 2nd Half Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
 High humidity, overcast, a little bit of rain second half.  I worked
 on some monitoring scripts.
