A DIS flat didn't appear to work tonight (see below for when the exposures were taken, perhaps a filetype was set wrong by the observer?) It seemed to fix itself so no PR was reported. 02:53:31 bias started 02:54:16 bias read 02:54:33 200s flat started 02:57:51 flat read (bad flat Q3NM04/flat.0007) 02:58:35 200s flat started 02:59:24 flat read (aborted, bad flat Q3NM04/flat.0008) 03:01:51 200s flat started 03:05:13 flat read (good flat Q3NM04/flat.0009) 136-212 (22:56-23:11) DISslit image was bad. Then is suddenly came back in image 213 (Observer just paused their exposure). DIS slitviewer locked up several times tonight (see times below). A hub startNubs dcam fixed the problem each time. 02:05 DISslit locked up (needed to be kicked with a hub startNubs dcam) 02:14 02:23 User reported the internet connection being very slow for him, maybe part of the DIS slit problem. 02:57 We didn't have any more problems with the slitviewer after this time. No problems otherwise, and the slitviewer problems seemed to clear itself (no PR's submitted and no real time was lost). ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:04 DISslit -75(1246) -95 78 124 3 none 0.9 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18:00 69 49 1 127 (SE) 1020 Pt.
