The only problem encountered tonight was an unusal problem with the NA2 guider. A configuration file was not properly created at the beginning of the night and the guider would not properly write files to its directory. I fixed the problem after some time but since it did not interfer with science data no downtime was counted. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- UC04 N T/S --:-- --:-- gcam would not create images. ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:51 dis-slit -75(1245) 150 75 17.6/19.8 38 16 - 0.91 01:21 nicfps 147(1746) 209 75 17.5/16.9 249 2 Ks 0.9 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 68 17 3 289 (WNW) 916 clear none 17:00 66 18 8 288 (WNW) 1005 clear none 18:00 67 22 16 311 (NW) 976 clear none 19:00 66 22 9 326 (NW) 975 clear none 20:00 65 21 10 350 (N) 996 clear none 21:00 64 19 18 29 (NNE) 939 clear none 22:00 63 19 6 4 (N) 641 clear none 23:00 61 18 3 326 (NW) 775 clear none 00:00 64 21 3 282 (WNW) 860 clear none 01:00 63 20 5 266 (W) 780 clear none 02:00 62 19 7 200 (SSW) 974 clear none 03:00 62 20 8 227 (SW) 1039 clear none 04:00 63 20 6 181 (S) 1458 clear none 05:00 61 20 1 176 (S) 1065 clear none 06:00 63 20 1 146 (SE) 1113 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
