Continued internet dropouts resulted in a very painful night of observing for the remote uses. I ran the observations for more than an hour here tonight for the observers during various dropouts. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:35 dis-slit 200(1393) 151 75 14.3/16.9 263 17 - 1.76 23:30 dis-slit 500(1622) 195 62 13.7/14.4 260 20 - 1.54 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 75 32 30 233 (SW) 1995 mstly clr wind, dust 17:01 72 31 33 199 (SSW) 2739 mstly clr wind, dust 18:01 70 28 27 209 (SSW) 5063 mstly clr wind, dust 19:01 68 27 25 236 (SW) 4950 mstly clr wind, dust 20:01 65 26 18 234 (SW) 6063 clear dust 21:01 61 18 13 242 (WSW) 10371 clear dust 22:01 59 15 15 245 (WSW) 4075 clear dust 23:01 57 17 19 265 (W) 2637 clear none 00:01 55 16 13 270 (W) 2062 clear none 01:01 53 15 19 289 (WNW) 2022 clear none 02:01 53 15 19 321 (NW) 2586 clear none 03:01 51 16 15 306 (NW) 1548 clear none 04:01 51 15 24 294 (WNW) 1250 clear none 05:01 51 15 8 288 (WNW) 1094 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
