Seeing was good but not great. NIC's ion pump spiked and maxed out during second half, along with a slight increase in the instrument's warming rate; toward dawn, the ion pump backed off a little from maximum. The DIS blue-side ion pump remained high but not maxed out, as it has for the last few nights, but the instrument temperature behaved normally. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:26 NIC 75(1472) 111 47 7.4/10.4 186 4 J 0.95 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 54 8 4 292 (WNW) 537 mstly clr none 17:01 51 6 1 272 (W) 553 cirrus none 18:01 47 2 1 229 (SW) 625 cirrus none 19:01 46 0 1 132 (SE) 675 cirrus none 20:01 46 1 9 180 (S) 696 cirrus none 21:01 44 0 10 177 (S) 674 cirrus none 22:01 44 0 11 178 (S) 838 cirrus none 23:01 45 2 12 147 (SSE) 940 cirrus none 00:01 46 0 14 177 (S) 779 cirrus none 01:01 43 0 11 175 (S) 716 cirrus none 02:01 44 -1 10 179 (S) 730 cirrus none 03:01 45 1 9 178 (S) 772 cirrus none 04:01 45 2 12 202 (SSW) 769 mstly clr none 05:01 44 5 7 188 (S) 864 mstly clr none 06:01 43 4 7 205 (SSW) 808 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
