I manually opened them. The Az motor currents looked terrible during test slews so we adjusted the velocity scales. By the middle of the night I again noticed they were not looking too good (but I didn't bother to adjust them since my 2nd half observer was going to be sitting on one target). The air temp really didn't change that much (maybe 1C) When Tanya went to take her dome flats (after clearing the chip with about 20 mask (dark) exposures) she got the same error we got last night. She switched the FS to 0 (it was at 4 and worked fine for the darks) and the next try worked fine. I did not notice any NFS error message before the problem (Craig and I saw something similiar at the start of the night and though that might be the problem). Time was about 07:22.
