Truss lamps gui was empty: tlamps status did not fix it (until after all the DIS issues). DIS problem: Dale was taking biases, 2nd one failed (error message in TUI), and then DIS was pretty much not responsive. DIS init gave an error about incorrect arguments. I restarted MC and tried homing everything. DIS exposure status reported that an exposure was still in process but the shutter was closed. Then I tried aborting the exposure but got only errors. I thought communications were down so I restarted the hub connection to DIS, but still nothing. Eventually we called Fritz and he did a DIS stop and start and that seemed to fix things. He also was able to clear the truss lamps. The same problem happened again latter. While trying to take some HeNeArs. The exposure window reported exp failed and clicking start again only would begin the integration countdown but never read out. I did what Fritz did earlier to try to clear things. in disicc: dis stop, dis start in tcc: restart hub, home shutter, and dis init Things seemed to come back but again the truss lamps were not working - tlamps status was timing out, then suddenly it cleared. It happened again (3rd time) after turning on the lamps again and dis home shutter cleared it. Lamps were messed up again. DIS slitviewer problems: Slitviewer shutter was VERY sticky tonight. Every other frame was blank or partially open. This renders the focus scripts inoperable and is just plain annoying. Exercising the shutter did not seem to help for quite a while. Eventually longer exp.( 1u per 0.1 cubic feet. TELESCOPE STATUS Telescope drives operational. Current TCC version: 2.8.5 Current TUI version: TUI 1.2
