Observer decided not to use guider since his exposures were 120s. Guider crashed several more times during the 2nd half of the night. At least it was a quick fix but a bit annoying. Seeing was very poor tonight so the guider didn't make much of a difference actually. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:44 SPIcam 0(142) 25 49 4.0 5.6 4.8 4.7 4.3 g' 2.5 18:56 NA2gdr 0(33000) 20 50 4.0 5.3 4.5 4.5 4.2 clear 2.6 21:03 SPIcam -50(32) -29 48 2.7 3.1 2.8 2.9 2.7 g' 2.8 00:02 SPIcam -100(-161) -113 65 -0.7 -0.4 -0.6 -0.3 -0.8 r' 1.3 00:08 NA2gdr -2413(30586) -113 63 -0.8 -0.5 -0.6 -0.4 -0.8 clear 1.3 03:46 SPIcam -100(-139) -68 30 -0.1 -0.6 -1.0 -1.0 -0.3 r' 2.2 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------- 16:01 43 29 19 268 (W) 2276 Cloudy none 17:01 43 30 28 319 (NW) 3100 Pt.
