 Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
 Variable high cirrus and poor to awful seeing.  We stopped observing
 for a while second half while the clouds were thickest.  Everything
 worked well except for the DIS slitviewer shutter, which sometimes
 failed to open for short ( 1u per 0.1 cubic feet.
