Finally determined that there was minimal threat and the thicker clouds to the West seemed to get thinner and we opened about 20:30. Clouds rolled in just as UW13 started and we couldn't see his star (Clouds thick enough to block the moon!) No problems otherwise. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:46 CorMass -25(627) -14 77 2.1/2.0 300 14 Ks 1.2 20:48 NA2gdr 1(29001) -17 76 2.7/2.0 267 11 R 1.8 21:48 CorMAss 100(760) 303 68 2.5/2.0 261 8 Ks 0.91 21:49 NA2gdr -1597(27402) 302 68 2.6/2.0 264 9 R 0.87 22:51 CorMass 25(708) -92 58 2.1/1.8 263 7 Ks 1.0 00:11 Echelle 90(-173) -50 72 1.7/1.4 238 20 ND3 0.75 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 40 6 8 264 (W) 311 Cloudy none 17:01 37 7 12 263 (W) 415 Cloudy none 18:01 37 6 8 263 (W) 429 Cloudy none 19:01 36 6 8 267 (W) 464 Cloudy none 20:01 36 6 10 259 (W) 468 Cloudy none 21:01 36 5 8 232 (SW) 512 Cloudy none 22:01 37 5 9 261 (W) 660 Cloudy none 23:01 35 5 10 228 (SW) 607 Cirrus none 00:01 35 4 14 231 (SW) 738 Cirrus none 01:01 34 2 14 227 (SW) 742 Cirrus none 02:01 35 3 23 218 (SW) 718 Cirrus none 03:01 34 3 17 237 (WSW) 684 Cirrus none 04:01 34 3 16 241 (WSW) 670 Cirrus none 05:01 32 3 19 254 (WSW) 622 Cloudy none 06:01 33 3 22 237 (WSW) 535 Cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
