 Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
 Another night of nasty weather, with rain and fog.  This was just as
 well, as recovery of various computer systems from the daytime
 installation and testing of UPSs took until after midnight.  After
 that, I amused myself with measuring the rotator velocity scale,
 some dome-closed slews, adjustments of the closed-loop correction
 settings for the secondary, and tests of the science instruments.
