 Observing Specialist: B.Ketzeback
 Closed all night due to high humidity. Spent the night learning some of the
 finer points of making slit masks for the Echelle and DIS. Especially after
 doing 2 slit changes for the first half observer and  a DIS user the other
 night. Drafted some documentation for the obs-specs how to do this that I
 will pass on this week.
