We opened almost at the beginning of second half, but some significant amount of time was spent waiting for clouds. Seeing was poor, only occasionally dropping below 2 arcseconds. Everything worked well, until I had trouble dismounting DIS in the morning (not the same problem Bill was having yesterday; possibly related to the "fix" for Bill's problem). ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFNVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:35 DISslit -200(1300) 193 74 15.9/17.1 88 12 - 1.8 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 62 33 20 57 (NE) 697 cloudy rain 17:01 70 32 1 93 (E) 636 cloudy rain 18:01 66 31 24 21 (NNE) 528 cloudy sprinkles 19:01 67 33 15 63 (ENE) 673 cloudy none 20:01 67 33 16 63 (ENE) 703 cloudy sprinkles 21:01 67 29 4 97 (E) 590 cloudy none 22:01 63 39 17 77 (ENE) 854 cloudy none 23:01 62 43 14 85 (E) 800 mstly cldy none 00:01 63 42 30 38 (NE) 749 mstly cldy none 01:01 66 35 7 86 (E) 689 ptly cldy none 02:01 60 43 11 80 (E) 647 ptly cldy none 03:01 64 38 1 240 (WSW) 711 ptly cldy none 04:01 62 38 9 81 (E) 766 mstly clr none 05:01 60 42 9 76 (ENE) 667 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
