There was some confusion the later part of first half when the observer was uncertain which filter nicfps was in. I verified that the mask position was correct however was uncertain of the position of the H filter, even after I recentered the wheel, until I forced the filter wheel to move to the absolute position. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFNVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- UW13 N I/H 23:40 23:46 Filter Wheel confusion ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:27 dis-slit -50(1358) 136 73 12.9/14.8 296 6 - 0.9 20:31 NA2gdr -2567(22532) 140 73 12.9/14.6 280 7 R 0.64 23:03 nicfps 150(1863) -69 71 12.6/12.5 227 7 H 0.64 23:09 NA2gdr 1686(40786) -67 71 12.6/12.5 217 7 R 0.69 01:14 Echelle 25(508) -107 77 13.0/12.0 208 1 nd2 0.98 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 63 31 3 242 (WSW) 1083 mstly cldy cirrus 17:01 60 28 6 275 (W) 913 mstly cldy cirrus 18:01 60 28 15 321 (NW) 852 mstly cldy cirrus 19:01 58 29 5 326 (NW) 958 mstly cldy cirrus 20:01 55 28 3 301 (WNW) 1000 mstly cldy cirrus 21:01 55 27 6 277 (W) 1069 mstly cldy cirrus 22:01 55 28 6 195 (SSW) 1023 mstly cldy cirrus 23:01 55 25 6 250 (WSW) 1082 mstly cldy cirrus 00:01 54 24 4 193 (SSW) 853 mstly cldy cirrus 01:01 55 23 1 196 (SSW) 897 mstly cldy cirrus 02:01 55 23 1 249 (WSW) 859 mstly cldy cirrus 03:01 55 24 4 271 (W) 925 mstly cldy cirrus 04:01 55 25 1 349 (NNW) 854 mstly cldy cirrus 05:01 55 25 8 327 (NNW) 832 mstly cldy cirrus 06:01 56 25 2 303 (WNW) 802 mstly cldy cirrus Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
